Holan was engaged to support the delivery of the New Aged Care Act Training and Education Strategy, leading the design, development, and rollout of a comprehensive suite of learning modules tailored to the needs of the aged care sector.

To meet this goal, Holan deployed an experienced team of learning and development specialists to manage the end-to-end design and development of high-quality, accessible education modules. 

The resources were tailored for three key audiences; older people, aged care providers, and  the aged care workforce, and designed to support diverse learning needs across the sector.

Our team worked closely with the team responsible for transition the industry sector to ensure alignment with legislative reform objectives, accessibility standards, and the practical realities of aged care service delivery.

In response to one of the most significant reform programs impacting the aged care sector and Australia’s ageing population, Holan successfully delivered a comprehensive and targeted suite of education modules that built sector readiness for the new legislation.

These resources have been accessed by thousands of aged care workers, providers, and older Australians and their supporters, offering clear, practical, and accessible guidance on understanding and implementing the reforms.
