Community Impact Program 

Our Community Impact Program supports initiatives that address national and local social challenges. Our contribution includes charitable giving, sponsorship of community programs, and support for organisations advancing wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.

We also extend our expertise by offering reduced-fee and pro-bono services to selected not-for-profit and community organisations, helping them strengthen capability and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Holan Incubation Platform (HIP)

HIP was launched in 2022, to foster sustainable talent and ideas. 

We support early-stage ventures with guidance, mentoring, and capability growth to help them navigate complex industries and accelerate development.

We also create pathways for the next generation through internships, mentoring, and real-world problem solving.

By connecting emerging talent with industry challenges, HIP creates a vibrant ecosystem that drives innovation, empowers young leaders, and delivers lasting community impact.
