APPROACH
To meet this goal, Holan deployed an experienced team of learning and development specialists to develop and deliver a customised suite of learning programs including:

Each program included the development of a participant workbook, facilitator guide, practical activities and presentation materials.
The client was able to successfully roll out a comprehensive and best-practice suite of learning programs that provide managers and staff with the skills, tools and confidence to effectively manage performance, set clear expectations and address workplace challenges.
