Holan was engaged to design, develop, and deliver a suite of digital learning (eLearning) solutions aimed at uplifting a clients internal Learning Advisory function.

The objective was to strengthen employee capability in core learning and development disciplines. There was a focus on adult learning, facilitation, coaching, and instructional design to enable a consistent and professional standard of learning support across the organisation.

APPROACH

To meet this goal, Holan deployed an experienced team of learning and development specialists to co-design a comprehensive suite of learning solutions. The program blended digital and practical learning experiences, including:

• Self-guided learning materials that built foundational knowledge.
• Interactive digital learning modules that enabled flexibility and scale.
• On-the-job tools and activities to reinforce learning through practice.

Each solution was aligned to real-world learning advisory scenarios and underpinned by adult learning principles. Topics included:

• Coaching for development
• Facilitating learning
• Managing small groups
• Adult learning foundations
• Instructional design

The client was able to successfully deployed the full suite of learning solutions across its Learning and Development Advisors. Feedback indicated strong engagement and measurable improvements in confidence and capability.

This initiative represents a significant milestone in professionalising the client’s learning and development workforce, creating a more consistent, evidence-based approach to learning advisory services, and setting a strong foundation for future workforce capability growth.
