Holan Group were engaged to provide commercial support to a specialised division within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group in their delivery of maritime in-service support, as well as new maritime capability for Navy.

Services Delivered

Holan Group delivered strategic commercial advice and contract management support to assist in navigating multiple procurement processes in the context of ongoing reforms driven by Government.

Holan’s key contributions in this space have included:

• Provided critical support to the Commonwealth across multiple complex procurement activities.
• Ensured the commercial framework of the branch aligned with procurement legislation and policy requirements.
• Delivered procurement support to maintain project schedules and ensure all commercial obligations were met within required timeframes.
• Assisted with coordinating financial and commercial processes, ensuring alignment with engineering and sustainment teams to enable timely and efficient service delivery.
• Proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on procurement objectives, support open communication, and contribute to effective commercial delivery.

We also delivered contract management services for a major In-Service Support contract, including responsibility for: 

• monitoring contract performance and compliance; 
• managing contractor performance; 
• accountability for contract administration over the contract lifecycle; and 
• responsibility for identifying and communicating lessons learned.
